How To Use Our Service
We make your online reservation
extremely satisfying, comfortable and without apprehension over
your security and privacy.
Making an online reservation
is easy. Just complete the reservation form, making sure that you
give us your e-mail address and sending it to us. As soon as we
receive your request we will contact your chosen hotel/resort to
confirm the reservation . It is our policy to reply to all requests
within 24 hours.
Normally hotels do not ask
for a deposit when making a booking, however at times of high demand
such as public holidays they may do. When a deposit is required
this can be done using your credit card. You have the choice of
using the on-line credit card payment scheme or by printing a copy
of the debit authority, completing your card details, signing the
form and faxing it to us.
If your plans change and you
need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as early as
possible so that we can notify the hotels/resorts.
We guarantee that all information
given to us will be treated in the strictest confidential and will
never be passed on to a third party.
