Cancellation
Policy
Please inform us of all cancellations
immediately. The following conditions will apply (note: conditions
are based on hotel/resort's existing policies and are subject to
change without prior notice).
Regular Season (June,
July, August, September and October)
- Cancellations received not
less than 21 working days (excluding Sat, Sun and public holidays)
prior to check-in date will be entitled to a full refund.
- Cancellations received within
8-20 working days (excluding Sat, Sun and public holidays) prior
to check-in date are subject to a cancellation charge equivalent
to a (1) one-night stay (per person).
- If notification of cancellation
is received less than 2 working days (not including Sat, Sun &
Public Holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing
fee of 5.5% PLUS one night room rate will be charged.
Peak Season (November
- May and legal holidays)
- If notification of cancellation
is received 31 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public
Holidays) or more prior to check-in date. : Full Refund
will be given.
- If notification of cancellation
is received 20 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public
Holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing
fee of 5.5% will be charged.
- If notification of cancellation
is received 15 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public
Holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing
fee of 5.5% PLUS 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Less than 15 days notification is non-refundable.

9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday)
9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (Saturday).
